Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the planning and scheduling of all maintenance and servicing works of facilities, utilities – generation and distribution systems, and other support services to internal customers within the plant.
• Manage and lead a team of technicians, contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure that works and services are carried out in a safe manner.
• Ensure compliance to safety, environmental, health and quality requirements at all time to any works or tasks in the plant to be performed by the team, including any guests / visitors, third-party contractors, vendors and service providers.
• Plan and schedule works, tasks and resources within allocated budget and timeline.
• Drive Lean/Sigma continuous improvement projects / initiatives within the Department

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical / Engineering or equivalent discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Pharmaceutical / Food / Petrochemical / Chemical Plant
• Strong technical experience in maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of building facility and utility systems, including instrumentation & controls, process automation.
• Good knowledge and operational experience of facilities and utilities in cGMP manufacturing environment.
• Experienced with administration and management of change of any building facility and utility systems, in qualification and validation process.
• Ability to organize, motivate and develop team members
• Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and cGMP are essential to succeed this position
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice
