Responsibilities:
- Provide l00% uninterrupted utility supply and services to support plant facility and production operation
- Ensure reliable utility operations by completing preventive maintenance requirements on utility systems/equipment, carrying out front line troubleshooting and repairs
- Support project construction and commissioning through active involvement in punch listing as well as utility equipment / services improvements/ modifications to Supervisor/Engineers
- Resolve maintenance problems using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Right First Time (RFI) techniques
- Maintain and review critical equipment spare part inventories by regular stock check to ensure sufficient inventory level to support operation
- Perform all utility activities within safety, quality and environmental guidelines while striving to optimize highest efficiency
Requirements:
- Higher NITEC/NITEC in Engineering with at least 5 years of utility operations and equipment maintenance experience in the pharmaceutical/chemical/petrochemical industry
- Class 1 Boiler Certificate
- Good understanding of cGMP and regulatory requirements related to EHS is an advantage
- Team player with initiative, and good communication skills
- To support shift work if required
