Responsibilities:

• Estimate a construction cost (labor, material, construction equipment, tool & consumable, indirect cost) based on work productivity & unit rate, by utilizing MS Excel program.
• Summarize the cost based on detailed BOQ, by utilizing MS Excel program.
• Review on project (proposal) ITB condition issued by Owner.
• Clarify and raise questionnaires for project (proposal) ITB condition issued by Owner.
• Coordinate with relevant engineering department for technical aspect.
• Prepare and issue ITB package for quotation to subcontractors.
• Clarify and raise questionnaires for quotations offered by subcontractors.
• Evaluate quotations from subcontractors for commercial & technical aspect.
• Estimate construction cost for the disciplines based on in-house data & quotation, by utilizing MS Excel program.
• Prepare and report [Cost Review Report] and [Check List], by utilizing MS Word & Excel program.
• Analyze construction cost for the disciplines based on project conditions.
• Analyze construction activities from the cost aspect to determine the scope, time schedule, manpower requirements and the best manner to collect. .
• Perform risk analysis and management in construction.
• Prepare and submit [Proposal COB].

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Building Engineering or Related Department)
• Professional background: 10+ years of experience in international power plant construction projects.
• Computer Knowledge: MS Excel, MS World, MS Power Point, Auto CAD, Primavera
• Language: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Others: Must have no restrictions on traveling or working abroad.
