Responsibilities:

• Documents preparation for sourcing quotations
• Taking-off quantities for tendering
• Tender documents administration and control
• General for claims, variation orders, cost control and settlement of final account
• Project budgeting

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Building/Quantity Surveying
• Preferably with 2-3 years relevant working experience
• Able to work independently and hardworking
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with various associates)
